Tom founded Social Origin to offer something that is true to our values, enabling us to help leaders achieve their goals and increase their positive social impact through Service Design.

OUR FOUNDER
Tom Baines
Co-Founder
Tom is a multidisciplinary designer with a background large and complex transformation across the Public Sector and in Higher Education. He is adept at uncovering the human element of complex problems, using this insight to design novel solutions.
Passionate about making design a collaborative and inclusive process and using it as a tool for positive change, Tom is open minded, curious and enjoys exploring new approaches to solving challenges.
