OUR FOUNDERS

Tom Baines
Co-Founder
Tom is a multidisciplinary designer with a background in complex, large (up to £1 billion) scale transformation across the Public Sector and in Higher Education. Tom is adept at uncovering the human element of complex problems, using this insight to design novel solutions.
Passionate about making design a collaborative and inclusive process and using it as a tool for positive change, Tom is open minded, curious and enjoys exploring new approaches to solving challenges.

Alan Roffey
Co-Founder
Alan is a Service Designer and skilled facilitator, with extensive experience of designing intricate services within large-scale transformation programmes. He has advised a wide range of organisations on how to bring a human focus to addressing their strategic challenges and goals.
Alan looks beyond the functional elements of a service, considering its wider potential and helping to create a positive impact on people’s lives and the environment around us.
