From here, we develop concepts and test prototypes with the very people for whom they are designed means, helping us to find out how effective they are in the real world.

We believe in bringing together a diverse range of people throughout the process to challenge, test and refine our thinking. In giving people a say on how their services are shaped, we can deliver more effective services for everyone.

1. DISCOVERY

We develop an understanding of how your service works today. We use the insights generated to build a shared understanding of what problems exist, and where there are opportunities to do things differently.
